Momentum OS

Terms of Service

Last updated : 2026-09-27

These terms cover your use of Momentum OS (web and mobile), provided by ROBUST CODE S.A.R.L, a commercial company registered in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo (RCCM CD/KNG/RCCM/24-B-03978, national ID 01-J6100-N69522B), with a representation office at BeCentral, Cantersteen 12, 1000 Brussels, Belgium ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

Momentum OS helps you run projects toward a measurable outcome: targets, KPIs, milestones, wins and reviews. We may add, change or remove features as the product evolves; we'll try not to surprise you.

Your account

You need an account to use Momentum OS. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what happens under your account.

You must be old enough, under the law that applies to you, to agree to these terms on your own.

Your content

What you create — your projects, KPIs, milestones, wins, reviews and everything else you enter — is yours. We don't claim ownership of it.

We need a limited license to store it, back it up, and display it back to you in order to run the service; we don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell it (see the Privacy Policy for the full detail on data handling).

Acceptable use

Don't use Momentum OS to break the law, to abuse or attack the service or other users, or to try to access another account or data that isn't yours.

Momentum Pro (paid subscription)

Momentum Pro is sold on our website only, monthly or yearly, at the price shown before you pay (VAT included). Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. The mobile apps don't sell anything: a subscription taken on the website unlocks Pro everywhere you sign in.

Free trial: 30 days, once per person. A card is required to start it; you're charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before.

Renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription; access continues until the end of the period already paid, and no partial refund is made for it, except where the law requires one.

Founder offer: the WEAREFOUNDER2026 code takes €20 off the yearly plan for as long as that subscription continues without interruption. It ends if the subscription is cancelled and lapses.

Price changes: we'll tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel before it does.

Right of withdrawal (consumers in the European Union): you can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing by writing to us. By starting to use Momentum Pro right away, you ask for the service to begin during that period; if you then withdraw, we refund what you paid minus the share corresponding to the time already used. A trial that ends within those 14 days doesn't change this.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings (web) or the equivalent screen in the mobile app; see the Privacy Policy for exactly what that does and when.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms; where reasonably possible, we'll tell you why.

No warranty

Momentum OS is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and correct, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Robust Code isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where required, tell you directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Any dispute that can't be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kinshasa. This doesn't take away any mandatory consumer protection you're entitled to under the law of the country where you live.
